About Me

Greetings!

I attended the Florida Academy of Massage in 2004 and am a Licensed Massage Therapist.  I  also have a Bachelor of Science Degree from Western Illinois University in 2002 and National Certification in Neurophysiologic Monitoring.  I have over 20 years of combined medical neurophysiology and massage therapy experience.  I am also skilled in multiple massage therapy techniques including Deep Tissue, Sports and Trigger Point Therapy, Cupping, Craniosacral I, Reflexology and Facelifting Massage.  In my spare time, I enjoy time with my family, training with my triathlon team, creating art and spending time in nature.  My athletic and medical background have contributed to my desire to help treat people and to have a positive impact on each person's overall health and well-being.  Massage Therapy can help clients to lead healthy, active and pain free lifestyles.
